All tenants are: 

Responsible to get and maintain a renters insurance policy.  Tenants will be held liable for any damage caused themselves, or any family member and all guests.

 

Our pet policy is simple:

In our apartments:  Pets are NOT allowed

In our Twin Homes/Condos: 
 
We write all our leases with a pet clause.  If your lease agreement allows a pet it is specifically written to allow a specific pet and only that pet.  No other, no additional, just the pet we agreed at the time of signing the lease. 

Any change in a pet is in violation of the signed lease.

If you sign a lease without a pet agreement you cannot have a pet, period, even if a tenant may have one next door.  We reserve the right to control pets in a manor that creates an environment we can control.
Please do not violate this policy and thank you in advance. 

Lastly we never allow any large pets over 20 lbs and never allow Cats.

Smoking is not allowed on any decks or within 30 Ft of your building.

 Burning Candles or Smoking Anything 

Burning candles are not allowed in any of our units.  If you burn a candle it will blacken walls and you will be held responsible for the cost of re-painting.  They re also a fire hazard. 

We have had fires started from both of these and we have a zero tolerance for violators.  You will be asked to leave if you violate

 Wood Decks:  

We do not allow any burning products on our decks either by tenants or their visitors.  No cooking products or smoking products.  NONE!
